Sit back, relax, and discover the Adirondacks with us at Northwood Cabins. Located one mile east of Tupper Lake on Route 30 we are your gateway to the Western High Peaks. Enjoy the fresh Adirondack breezes from your own front porch or a peaceful early morning paddle from one of the many boat launches located near us. Our Adirondack cabins provide a nostalgic experience with all the modern amenities. The cabins sleep 2-4 people, have their own private bathroom and all linens are provided. Also all of our cabins are equipped with AC/heat, refrigerators, flat screen TV’s with cable and have limited free wifi access. Two cabins offer full kitchens and a separate bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged until you check in.

Policies

General Policy
The Main House and all Cabins are non-smoking. ROOM OCCUPANCY: Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced. One additional child under 5 may be allowed for an additional $15per night depending on cabin size. Violation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund. Northwood Cabins facilities are for registered guests, day visitors are welcomed with prior notification and approval. PARKING: Due to limited space each cabin is provided one parking spot. Additional parking can be provided based upon availability. Boat/trailer parking must be requested at time of reservation. QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours: We are a family friendly motel and to ensure the enjoyment of all of our guests Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made fourteen(14) days prior to the check-in date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made after 14 days will be charged equal to one night's stay for each cabin reserved. No Show, No Call will result in charge equal to the entire length of the stay. This policy will be strictly enforced.

In order to confirm and hold your reservation we require your major credit card account number and expiration date.

Pets Policy
We are DOG FRIENDLY but charge $15per night for one dog and $25per night for the maximum of two dogs. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in the cabin, and must be on a leash when outside the cabin. Dogs are not allowed in Cabin 2. We reserve the right to refuse dogs based upon availability (ie cabin size can not accommodate your dogs). The cost of any damage will be assess to the credit card on file. Please refer to our website NorthwoodCabinsADK.com for the complete pet policy.
Other Policy
Special Event Weekends. These dates require a two (2) night minimum. Tinman Weekend (last weekend June) July 4th Labor Day Weekend, 90 Miler Weekend (weekend after Labor Day) Theses dates require a three(3) night minimum. Columbus Day/ Canadian Thanksgiving
