Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy for any reservations booked through this interface is as follows: Guests have until 4:00 PM eastern standard time, 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date to cancel with us at no charge. If a guest fails to either call the hotel directly or cancel their reservation online before the specified time and date, and then does not show up for their specified stay, we will charge for the first night of the reservation plus any applicable taxes and then release the room for resale the next morning.
Written Deposit Policy
We will authorize you credit card for the total amount of the stay 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you fail to show up for your reservation we will charge for one night's room charge plus tax and then release your room for resale.
