Written Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to check-in date: Deposit will be refunded (minus $20 handling fee) * Cancellation made between 14 and 2 days of arrival. Deposit will not be refunded, but may be applied toward a future visit (minus $20 handling fee). * Cancellations made within 48 hours of the 3:00pm check-in time and date: Deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent your room, we will not charge the remaining balance. If we cannot rent the room, the full amount will be charged as reserved. * Early Departure: If we are able to re-rent your room, the unused portion of your stay may be applied toward a future visit (minus $20 handling fee). If we cannot rent the room, the full amount will be charged as reserved.We do our best to be fair and reasonable with emergency cancellations ... however, we are a small inn and this is the sole income for our family. Therefore, we cannot absorb last minute cancellations due to bad weather or changes in plans. Thank you for understanding.
Written Deposit Policy
For stays of two or more nights, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.One night stays require a 100% deposit.

Rooms are available for check in after 3pm. (earlier time may be requested but is not guaranteed)

Check out is 11AM.
Pets Policy
We have two pet-friendly rooms but they must be booked directly through the inn website or by phone.
