Camp Casper is a lovely waterfront vacation rental on Paradox Bay in Lake Placid with nice lake and mountain views and a private 2 slip dock . There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The entry level has a kitchen with dining, living room with wood burning fireplace, the half bath and a bedroom with double bed. The 2nd level has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Enjoy nice views from indoors through large windows facing the lake or relaxing outside on the patio and sweeping lawn facing the lake. This great home is located a short walk away from the Village Main Street with Olympic Arenas, eateries, shops, venues, a public beach, tennis courts and about a 15 minute drive away from Whiteface Mountain Ski/Outdoor Adventure Center. Many hiking and cross country ski trails are also available locally and in surrounding areas.
You or the Landlord may cancel this agreement 90 days prior to the occupancy date. In the event that the tenant cancels this agreement their deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $100.00 and the $50.00 booking fee. If you cancel your agreement less than 90 days from occupancy date and the agent is unable to find a comparable replacement tenant, then all monies paid shall be forfeited pursuant to this contractual obligation and the tenant shall bear the further legal responsibility of guaranteeing the payment of the entire remaining balance, if any to the landlord. If a replacement tenant is found for a portion of the reserved time period then the dollar amount of the rental will be adjusted accordingly. In the event Adirondack Premier Properties Inc. is unable to collect full payment from a cancelled lease the landlord will bear the responsibility to pursue the collection directly from the tenant.
