General Policy
We look forward to your upcoming visit and ask that you take a moment to review this information upon receipt. Making advanced reservations for both spa appointments and The View Restaurant is strongly recommended. Please call The Spa at 518-302-3010 and The View at 518-302-3000 to reserve your preferred times. You may also book The View on OpenTable.com. To avoid a full charge for spa appointments, cancellations are required 24 hours prior to service.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. **During holiday time periods or peak dates the cancellation will be 21 days prior to arrival.
Written Deposit Policy
Reservations require a two night deposit at booking. A payment in full will be taken if booked inside the cancellation timeframe.
