The cottage includes a new deck with outdoor Adirondack Chairs and a gas BBQ overlooking the lake. Newly renovated, the entry level has an open kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom with Queen sized bed, stacked washer/dryer and Cable TV. The loft area has sleeper sofa, cable TV and plenty of games for the family to enjoy. The property has a beach, dock for your boat/jet ski or you can rent one from the marina, 4 kayaks, paddle board and life vests. Lake Flower has access to 25 miles interconnected waterways through the Saranac River to the Saranac chain of lakes. Just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants and Farmer's Market.
