You or the Landlord may cancel this agreement 90 days prior to the occupancy date. In the event that the tenant cancels this agreement their deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $100.00 and the $50.00 booking fee. If you cancel your agreement less than 90 days from occupancy date and the agent is unable to find a comparable replacement tenant, then all monies paid shall be forfeited pursuant to this contractual obligation and the tenant shall bear the further legal responsibility of guaranteeing the payment of the entire remaining balance, if any to the landlord. If a replacement tenant is found for a portion of the reserved time period then the dollar amount of the rental will be adjusted accordingly. In the event Adirondack Premier Properties Inc. is unable to collect full payment from a cancelled lease the landlord will bear the responsibility to pursue the collection directly from the tenant.
Written Deposit Policy
30% upon booking and final payment due 90 days prior to the date of arrival. The Property Manager, Adirondack Premiere Properties, will contact the guest within 24 hours of booking to sign a rental contract and finalize your booking and payment.
$50 booking fee due upon booking.
Cleaning fee and security deposit also apply.
