Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be reasons of sickness, family emergency, weather/travel delays, etc. We offer no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. We highly recommend to purchase travel insurance. Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival and varies depending on special events, holiday seasons or group reservations. Reservation for 3 or more rooms are subject to different group cancellation policy. If canceled or modified up to 14 days prior to arrival date, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged. You are responsible for all days of your reservation/accommodation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from property.

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
