Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little opportunity to fill the space. For this reason, we have a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to your arrival, we will offer a refund of your deposit, less 10% handling fee. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-book the room. If the room is booked and confirmed with a payment, a refund will be issued to you less a 10% handling fee. If we are unable to re-book the room, all monies will be forfeited. Additionally, if you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all nights booked for your intended stay.
Written Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit is required at time of booking. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival.
Check In
Anytime after 1pm. If checking in after 11pm please call.
Check Out
Check out is by 11am.
Pets Policy
Pets are permitted in select rooms only. A charge of $20 per pet per day will be added to the rate during your visit. We have a limit of two pets maximum. All animals must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For the safety of our staff and guests, and for the comfort of your animal, if you venture out for the day, you must bring your pet with you.
Other Policy
Additional guest policy: A charge of $20 per person per day for occupancy over 2 people per room will be added to the rate during your visit.
Children
Children 13 and under stay free in room with parents. A charge of $20 per child 14 year and older per day will be added to the rate during your visit.
