Written Cancellation Policy
For standard rooms - If reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival the deposit is returned minus a 10% handling fee. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. For cottages, efficiencies & specialty rooms - if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is returned minus a 10% handling fee. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
