Written Cancellation Policy
All Reservations require a 1 Night Deposit at the time of booking. The hotel requires notice by 4pm 72 Hours prior to your arrival date to avoid any penalties. After the 72 hours the reservation is guaranteed for the dates and length of stay. Cancelling the reservation after the 72 hours will result in the forfeit of the 1st night deposit. Any reservation that does not show up by 3am the day of arrival will be charged the 1 night deposit and be cancelled for any remaining nights. Bookings for IronMan weekends July 20th-24th and September 8th-11th are non-refundable.

The Hotel North Woods is happy to welcome your four-legged friends as part of our Outward Hound Pet Program. There is a $35.00 one time pet fee and we ask that you sign a pet policy acknowledging guest responsibilities upon arrival at the hotel. Please contact the hotel before arrival to make arrangements for your pet. Please be advised, hotel has limited free parking.
